TERMS & CONDITIONS

All tutoring sessions will be 1 hour (50 minutes for the lesson and 10 min follow up with parent/guardian)

Lessons will be held during the school term.  There are no lessons on public holidays or school holidays unless arranged with tutor. Parents are required to drop off and pick up their child in person. (Notify any changes)

Fees and Charges
The agreed tutoring fees are:

At tutor’s home: $70 per session

Payment can be made

A. Direct transfer to National Australia Bank:    BSB:  086 643     ACCOUNT:  747584577  

B. Cash

Payment is required prior to the lessons in 4, 6, 10 (term) payments. (negotiated with tutor)

Invoices and receipts will be issued before and after payment.

Cancellation Policy

After accepting the Terms and conditions for Tutoring, the tutoring sessions will commence once payment has been made. The full fee of $70 is charged for a missed lesson. However, a rescheduled lesson/or homework will be given if your son or daughter is ill. When cancelling a lesson, notice of 24 hours is appreciated prior to the lesson. If no notice is given, the full fee of $70 will be charged. Should I need to cancel a lesson, I will give you notice and the lesson will be made up at an alternative date and time.

Homework

Homework is beneficial as it reinforces what is being taught in the lesson.

Homework will be given and is to be completed with the parent /guardian’s assistance if required. Please return borrowed reading books and homework at the next tutoring session
